Origami for Maths Week

We had fun making Friendly fish and Wonderful Whales for Maths Week. They were perfect for our inquiry topic about Water.

World of Maths

Today for Maths Week we had a visit from the World of Maths. We were

challenged in many different ways. We had to solve puzzles, work out solutions to problems and play some fun games.

All the math activities were 'hands on', and we really enjoyed the thinking tasks.

 

We are so clever at solving problems!

Congratulations to SB for an outstanding start to term 4 by being focused and making a top effort with her reading, writing and math work.
